Meet the team
Narayan has worked within both the public and private sectors in various technical roles, leading teams to provide effective corporate systems. His core expertise lies in the domain of business process transformation. Narayan has an MBA in Information Systems from the University of South Australia.
Shun-Nga is a leader in creative production and project management with an extensive repertoire of skills across multiple creative industries. She is passionate about improving the way ideas and messages can be conveyed between the sender and the viewer through effective design and communication, in a highly accessible way.
Tracey has enjoyed a long and varied career managing marketing projects for organisations all over Australia. Tracey is an award winning photojournalist and she loves producing compelling video content. Tracey will be your account manager for marketing at Cornerstone Alliance.
Justin is a passionate graphic designer who follows a bold yet subtle visual style. He enjoys creating brand identities and illustrations for any viewer to enjoy and share. He believes that design can change different aspects of our lives just by simplification and aesthetics.
Dr Srisankavi (Kavi) Sivasankar is a health researcher and project professional with experience
across health research, evaluation, stakeholder consultation and quality improvement. She holds a
PhD in Medicine from the University of Adelaide, where her multidisciplinary, consumer-focused
research investigated chronic cognitive dysfunction following traumatic spinal cord injury, spanning
clinical, preclinical and community settings.
Kavi has direct experience engaging people with disability and complex, serious health conditions,
and understands the accessibility, communication and health-literacy considerations needed for
genuinely inclusive, person-centred research. Her role as the research lead at Cornerstone
Alliance has also involved engaging diverse communities, including people from CALD
backgrounds, giving her a practical understanding of barriers to participation and how to design
consultation that reflects real lived experience.
Sunita has an extensive background in Marketing, Communications and PR. Her expertise and leadership in building cross-functional teams to enable business outcomes has seen her consult for a number of different organisations. Sunita has an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business.
Alexis brings an inclusive and participant-focused
approach to creating well-organised spaces where everyone can fully participate, with experience
across the full campaign lifecycle including project management, marketing, digital accessibility
and communications.
Her additional skills include website design and development, social media and email marketing,
reporting, professional photography, Easy Read translation, PDF tagging and WCAG 2.2
standards, supported by her education with a Bachelor of Visual Arts, Diploma in Information
Technology (Website Development), and training with the South Australian Council on Intellectual
Disability (SACID).
Charlotte is a disciplined, self-starter studying a double degree in Media and English at the University of Adelaide with ample experience in print and online journalism. With a focus on disability affairs, she is passionate about supporting organisations to deliver accessible and inclusive communications strategies.
Samoda is an efficacious, hard-working, and ambitious student with ample interest in areas of media, law, and languages. She possesses a strong work ethic, communication skills and enthusiasm, as well as a willingness to learn and be exposed to new opportunities.
My graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Design, Illustration and Animation. She is a highly versatile designer with experience across digital, print, video, animation, illustration, and photography.
Denny is a creative illustrator who enjoys using her artistry background to produce illustrations and designs for storytelling purposes. She is passionate about many forms of artistic expression and loves to learn new things every day.
