What a big week in Canberra, with Cornerstone Alliance supporting FECCA’s multicultural marketing, communications and engagement work. Working at the highest level, this week saw us produce content, coordinate communications, and engage with multicultural and political leadership. It was a privilege to witness Australians from multicultural backgrounds work hard to change the rhetoric, to dissolve the barriers and create enduring pathways for equity, access and inclusion for all.
Personally, it has been an absolute joy to work with team FECCA to deliver another successful engagement event. Professionally, it was a complete honour to be included in the delegation that attended a private dinner at Government House, graciously hosted by His Excellency the Governor General, David Hurley and his beautiful wife, her Excellency, Mrs Linda Hurley. Needless to say, our dinner was next level ‘grand’ and the singalong after dinner was very fun and grounding!
As a small business owner, these are the moments to cherish. It is a great privilege when opportunities like this terrific partnership with FECCA arise, which enables us to expand and provide employment opportunities to individuals from diverse backgrounds and those with lived experience of disability, all in alignment with the sectors we operate within.
And finally, to my gorgeous colleague Shun-Nga, our selfies tell the story well. A huge bonus was also catching up with the very lovely Tracey Nearmy, It certainly felt like a girls trip away. 🙂 Thank you for making working life so wonderful! <3
